Been half reading the whole idea of a community and merging of sites. Many people have the wrong idea here. We cannot just merge every site into one since every site does different things. However, the best way to do things would be to create a central site in which these other sites are hosted. The site david is developing would be perfect. You would have a central site with news msgboard etc.. and from there you could have hosted sites. So in reality everyone is banding together, yet keeping their own originality in some way. Many sites like planetquake, 3dluvr etc.. do this with great success. Just an Idea.. since going around visiting sites on different servers is a pain in the ass. It would be cool to be able to come to 1 site and then surf from their. Whats everyone elses thoughts ? (prepares for muchas bitching hehe j/k)
