Yeah, wow, sounds like what I made already. I also do DB's for a living. Of course I don't limit anyone to submit anything, I just moderate it afterwards. I would recommend that sticking all this into a huge DB where you expect a lot of visitors you get away from php. SQL server or Oracle come to mind. Major traffic = major database. Other than that, when you get done with yours, we can compare notes.
