Hey now with my changed view on VBGC and David (who really is a good lad : ] ), I decided to throw in my poor 2 cents. I really haven't followed this disscusion much, but I know whats happening, vaguelly. anyway I kinda have a semi-smart idea that may help us transit to make a commmunity. anyway, first wed contact every danged VB gaming site in the frigging WWW and tell em to move there butts over here, and if not at least allows us to grab all their articles, previews, tutorials, you name it, and let us throw it in to a big DB and then when we have EVERYTHING, we have this nice really fat and juicy database we post it and allow ONLY CERTAIN MEMBERS to acess and add news to the 'News' table (this is only to control the size, instead of having everybody dumping crap into our precius News table). then for everybody else, like teams, indiviuals and such, will be able to add games to the 'Games' table, articles to the 'Articles' table, tutouriels to the 'Tutourials' table, get the point? and then I or somebody else could write some SQL that goes throuhg every table and deletes repeated info! I could set up the DB and maintain if you guys want, DB's are what I do for my job :-), check out my soon to be company website! Anyway chew that and post!
