The easiest way is to do it just like you would in 2D. Create one model for each frame of the animation, and when you render the model, pick the correct one in the sequence. More advanced techniques would include blending the meshes for smoother animation, or using bones and skinning, but the easiest way would be to have one model for each frame of the animation. /Corre
