What are some of the disadvantages someone could run into when developing a game with VB? Is it possible to make an FPS engine in VB that runs well?
Is DirectX 8 going to make things harder? Because I heard something about needing to do 3d calls to do 2d graphics or something, I dunno
Why do C programmers literally look down in disgust at VB programmers?
How did this all start? So far I've hear these comments on VB today
- It's Microsoft shit
- You can hardly do anything with it
- It takes alot of code to do something cool (wtf?)
- The executable is huge
