Quadrant Wars

Developer: Almar Genre: Space Shooter Release Date: TBA

The "Alpha" Quadrant

I got my hands on a preliminary copy of Quadrant Wars Honestly, I was a bit disapointed. There wasn't much to shoot at, and there were only three different ships to choose from.

The game is supposed to be multiplayer, and the preview that I have didn't have multiplayer working. What I saw was no indication of the final product. I figured the game would have more preliminary content that it did.

Hopefully I'll update this preview article as more information becomes available. I'll keep bugging Almar for another preview edition, one with multiplayer enabled and working so I can see the true spirit and design of the game.

Here are some sreenshots I took of the login interface. This is where you pick your ship and login to a multiplayer game. And two more screenshots of the game in progress.
