DirectDraw and Debugging... tatsuo (8 replies, 0 views) (2000-May-30)

I've been using some tutorials from VoodooVB and Lucky's site to get into using direct x, and I'm working on a little frogger clone to learn how to apply it. One question though--if my program's running in full-screen exclusive mode, how can I debug the little s.o.b. when it goes and does something stupid? (programmers don't make mistakes, it's just that some algorithms don't know what they're supposed to do! ;) Is there a way that I can enable ALT-TAB or something? Or do I have to switch it to windowed mode until I've finished it? Thanks! tatsuo
