Dude, 3dsmax and all those progs u mentioned will do this. But u gotta learn how to use em ! http://members.iweb.net.au/~orca/tests/dude.jpg Done in a few days all up http://members.iweb.net.au/~orca/tests/rickb.jpg Done in a day These were all deformable easily with just a simple bones structure made by assigning a few linked meshes to each object or "skinning" as its known as. What u are asking for with skin and muscle movement can be done but it takes time and its a little more complicated. Poser may be the best bet but i dont really consider it a 3d modelling program, many of the images come out with that same generic "im a poser dude" look.
