I don't think the number of stars a site receives should be based upon the number of hits...it should be based upon the votes of the users. A site might receive a lot of hits if it's advertised in the news or something, only to find that it's crap. But if a lot of people went, it will get a bunch of stars, and more people will continue to access the crappy page. :P
