Normally I don't even use the links page on websites if it is a page which I frequently visit such as this one. So I don't think I would go out of my way to vote for stuff, since I know where I am going to visit and I only really check out new sites when they pop up, then I don't go to them anymore most of the time =) Actually, that could be a cool idea, like the latest link, or the latest 5 links.
