Is your ICQ always on top? If so, does it happen with other Always on top programs? Is your ICQ docking to the side of the screen? If you drag ICQ to one of the sides of the screen, it does something tricky like resizing the desktop or something like that, if ICQ is docking, then try moving it away from the edge so it is floating and see if that is the problem. hth
