I am just curious as to why people think making additional ULTRA KOOL 3L33T sites will make developers feel more like a community. I think I am saying this here, for the last time...... We need a centralized location for certain things. Information being the foremost on the list. As for message boards, they provide, but honestly not enough. BTW, I recently ripped the forum from vbdirectx just because, why go against the grain here? I think a news, article, link and general info search board now makes more sense. Between the five new boards that have sprung up in the last two weeks, it is enough that I still check this BBS, six newsgroups and the egroups list. I think what I am saying is........ Is there a point to going out on a limb and stretching what information (little as it is) is out there across ten sites? Why not lend some of the other sites a hand and enrich a few sites, still being a major player in their development, and make a real community?
