RE: I have the library - and I aint no tester Amorano (2 replies, 0 views) (2000-Oct-8) Yes, if you are not used to using the d3dx library from DX7 for C/C++ you will be a little overwelmed I suppose. It really does make things 100% easier however, I shrunk 80 lines of init code down to 10, now that is a substantial savings when debugging time comes around.
You'll just have to work through the SDk docs, which are pretty esoteric at this point, but get the basic idea changes across. Otherwise, I suggest waiting for the full release, as the examples will help out.
