Well, I might be able to help very soon... I'm starting to get into the database side of PHP and MySQL at the moment, that might come in handy when it comes to creating such a web page. The only problem I'd have is with the fact I don't know how knowledge bases are set out... If VBExplorer doesn't have PHP or MySQL available to you, I would be prepared to host it.... only problem is...? we can only get 38k connections in there desert here... :( Otherwise, helping people out where I can is a big interest in mine, and I'll help/support you all the way!
