Thanks guys ;) I think this could work really well... I've contacted Burt (VBExplorer) about the possibility of it working on their server/my page... Once I get some final details then I'll start putting stuff together... Basically a knowledge base works like so: There are 100's or 1000's of articles, all short - medium in length. There is the ability to look through each one based on it's title - there'd be a list on the web page. Or you could search it - like yahoo - for example "D3D" and "Textures not appearing" and it'd bring up any articles it thinks matches... Really simple in design... Jack,
