VBGamer

The program only runs in the IDE if the filePNG.dll is in windows\system. Just putting it in the same directory as the code doesn't work. VB says it can't find the file. Is that supposed to happen or am I doing something wrong? It seems to find it fine once it's compiled, even without the DLL in windows\system...
