What scripting language were you looking to do it in? If you're just wanting to gather data, you could just use a form and have it store it locally on the web server in a text file or a database, if you wanted. If this didnt cut it, you could write up a perl script to choose the topic based on what they chose on the last page. There are several ways to do this.
