You could try ASP scripting.. It's pretty much like VB and fairly easy to use.. There are a list of free asp servers at : http://www.aspfree.com/asp/freeasphost.asp You should be able to find a basic form mail example from www.planet-source-code.com Then you can modify from there if the need be.
