Please note, the game hasn't been optimized at all, so it might be a system hog right now on older systems (my system is a 2100 XP,512 MB RAM,TI 4200). Player 1 uses the curser keys, with Enter to select/punch, right ctrl to kick, and delete to block. Player 2 uses x,c,v to punch, kick, and block, and w,a,s,z for up, left, right, down respectively.
