There was a game by the exact same name that came out close to a year ago. However, their server was up for exactly one week before it went down. The web page was not updated since then either. Nor do the developers return emails. Some of the stats look familiar from the other game, as well as the effects. :) Through and through, looks pretty good :) Donno if it is based on Elementals though :) If so, it'll be the 2nd mmorpg in the world based on elementals (to mine).
