1-to-1 might help, try adding a menu to select the mouse settings. As for the reload thing I meant for the game to come back up after switching from the game to the windows start bar, it seems to be losing focus and never gaining it back...then again it's one of many things that could have caused that. Also maybe a bigger radius for the shooting thing.
