I think the main reason that people isn't using your forum is that it's such a narrow subject. Well, space is a big subject, but game developers interested in space simulation games are a really narrow subject. I think that having a less narrow forum would attract more people. A simulation games forum for instance. But then again, if the forum is too general, people would probably prefer more established forums that has the same categories. You could also use other forums to discuss space simulation games. The one here on VBGamer, or the one that GPwiki.org for instance. But those forums arn't yours, of course, and I can understand that you want you own forum if you're really insterested in this subject, but such a narrow forum dosn't just get popular over night.
