Does anyone blog?
Eric ColemanI really don't read blogs or even write them, but I've posted a few entries related to Firefox on the spreadfirefox.com site. Does anyone else here have any cool interests or blogs (doesn't have to be related to game programming).
Scorpion_Bloodwell, i never liked blogs... neither photoblogs, in my opinion its a waste of time :\ i just readed one article from a blog and that was aboout the 9/11 pentagon conspiracy! and that was like 3 months ago lol
VBBRWell, I just created a blog recently, more because all of my friends have one than enything else =p. Now I ended up posting completely useless stuff once in a week or two. (well, not completely useless, for example once I posted some tech demo I made. Not surprisingly, I think no one really downloaded it. Man, does this take your motivation away or what...)
Scorpion_Bloodlol, mostra o blog sff :D quero ver :D i said, thats really boring... nah joking :p i just wanna know the link to c it
Almar JolingI only one or two, occasionally. I don't blog myself.
VBBRWell, anyway, you can download the tech demo [url="http://home.ripway.com/2004-10/190925/CharSystem.exe"]here[/url]. It's the prototype I made with that code for 3rd person cameras. (you need DX9 and the [url="http://home.ripway.com/2004-10/190925/r3d_redist.exe"]R3D Runtimes[/url] to run it)
IodiplinI'm not even sure what a blog is or how to use one. From the name, however, I can only conjure less-than-great suspicions of what one might be.
Lachlan87The only blog's I read are written by various family members. I generally don't write at all if I can avoid it. Somehow I missed out on the writers genes that my parents and many of my siblings have.

I have a blog on the main page of my site [url]www.createdbyx.com[/url]. I use [url]http://www.blogger.com/[/url] which is owned by google! And it's free and has lots of great features both for blogging and posting your blogs on either the blogger servers like I currently am or you can set it up to publish the blog to a ftp or sftp server! It also supports Atom Rss feeds for your blog! BTW on the topic of blogs I came across this interesting site recently [url]http://www.feedvalidator.org/[/url] just type in the link to a atom or rss new feed and it will tell you if that news feed complys with the atom or rss standard. But when I moved over to using DotNetNuke as my web portal I had to use a IFrame to insert the blog into my main page. that's why you may see improperly alligned/formatted from time to time cause it's trys to fit every thing it can into the IFRAME tag. I mostly blog about vb stuff, but I also let people know what I am up to, and I post a few links now and then for interesting things I may come across on the internet.
Scorpion_Bloodi can't access ur blog :\
VBBRTry removing the "." at the end. [:D]
Eric ColemanI fixed the url. :-)
BrykovianI don't (yet) blog, but I have thought about it. Mainly, I don't have enough time in a day to do all of the other things I'd like ... so, how can I actually think I'd be able to consistently update a blog? In any case, I do have a handful of blogs that I read on an almost-daily basis ... makes my lunchtime go by nicely. ;) -Bryk [8)] p.s. Yep -- I'm still around. [;)]
VBBRWell, here's a blog for my new project. [url]http://projectwarp.blogspot.com/[/url]
SionI don't know... I'm thinking of starting a blog. If so, it would probably be a blog about C++/graphics programming and projects and a bit other (generel entertainment, personal, etc.). [:)] [url]http://andersnissen.blogspot.com/[/url]

Thanks eric for fixing my link. It seems I can't get the link to properly display both with and without the [url] tag? BTW I forgot to mention that if you are using the google toolbar as I am you can have the Blogger button right on google toolbar. Clicking it will popup a small window where you can sign in and type a blog entry and publish it. All without leaving the page you are viewing.

Unfortunetly Googlebar dosn't work with FireFox yet. But there's a BlogThis FireFox extension (add-in) that does exactly the same! It's great! [8D]
VBBROr you can just paste the code in your address bar and drag it over to the links toolbar. (it works, I've tried it)
