None that I know of. Although there is a gamedev.net channel on some server somewhere. I used to run an IRC server, although it was for a different website. They're fairly easy to setup. I ended up shutting it down because it was mostly women and girls that couldn't get along with each other. I never advertised the server for VBgamer since most people seem to think it's a bad idea. :/
