I went to http://directx4vb.vbgamer.com and keep getting a server can not be found message? Does anybody know why it's down or where I can get to it now? Thanks for all the help!

That url is simply a redirection since the original domain name was lost. It seems the IP address has changed, I'll try to find out what the new one is so I can fix it.
Cool! Does anyone know of a good program that will copy an entire website to your harddrive and is free? I don't want to have to worry about the site going offline.
