Anyone else played Mass Destruction 2? I've only just unlocked level 3. It's just as hard as the old game. I like it even better than the original, so far. I think it's probably the best Visual Basic game I have ever played. Admittedly, I haven't tried DDCK:The Myth of Creation, or Rox.
Maybe I'll write more later, after I've finished more of it.
I beat level 4 last night. I'm almost starting to think it's slightly easier than Mass Destruction 1. I have my ship fully leveled up though, so I suspect the game is about to get a lot harder.
I love how most levels seem utterly impossible until you learn the trick of them. Makes you feel like a genius when you actually beat them. I think I'm starting to get the hang of level 5.
Yes, I am a huge fan of Mass Destruction 2 myself. I have beaten the game. Anyone who hasnt given it a try should do so. Its an awesome space shooter that has smooth gameplay, addicting RPG element, and a ton of unlockables. Its fun and free. Why not give it a shot?
