Hello everybody,

I'm not new to VB, but new to creating games. What I want to do is a city transport simulation, therefore it doesnt require perfect graphics.

I tried to do some "engine" with only the standard controls of VB (like PictureBoxes and Images) but you can guess what was a result.

Can anybody help me with creating 2D engine using DX, OpenGL, VisualX or anything like that? (I dont want you to code it, just to say me what to do or give me some tip where to get an engine)

Thanks you very very much
