I've been working on a game engine for vb6 rpg projects for some time now. When I first started I tried using a MDI layout to no avail. I'm now hoping that someone will be able to help me out with the problem that is preventing me form using the dxGame engine with an mdi layout.

The engine works fine if you use a standard form to load the dxgame engine but when I try to load the engine into an mdichild for it fails to load.

Thanks for your time,

Will Vandergrift

I heard Dave Munsie is working with Blitzmax now, he's working on a new engine called MGE I think. You may be able to contact him through his new blog: http://blitzmax-2d-game-engine.blogspot.com/
DXGame is no longer supported, so it may be time to find a new engine.
