I followed Microsofts DirectX9 Input Sample for the mouse and sometimes when I close the Direct3D9 And DirectInput 9 the Direct3D9 Closes fine but the DirectInput for the mouse Hangs on closing.

eventFire.Set() hangs on this event. I get an option to break(I press that button of the three and thats whats highlighted and displayed in the debug window.

Please Help Me.

You using VB right? maybe you should be going
Set Something = Nothing

otherwise just leave it to VB to clean up
