I think, and I believe I am correct on this, however I bought one of those suckers awhile back ago. They plug in to the USB port, which provides the laser it's power, so no battery life :) Now if only Infra-red gave power too.. then it's called a surgical laser! whoo hoo! Anyways.. they do have ball-less, wire-less mouse out, i believe that Logitec maks those...
