Well I'm not too sure of the inner workings, but if that is so then a simple encryption thing could be used. Even: NewValue = 255 - OldValue Which would probably stuff things up. But I thought that the new windows thing means that 1 character needs more than one byte (I think my source is just the insert symbol thing in Office so I'm probably wrong :)
