It does work, just crashes on video cards using 565 mode! lol Sorry man, and it is the most confusing problem that I've ever run across. There is absolutely nothing that I can do to debug it properly, either. It is brutal. Cause both the 555 and 565 mode functions work just fine on my 555 mode video card, but both crash on 565 mode video cards. So it's not that I've made a mistake in the 565 mode function that isn't in the 555 mode one (alphablend works using 555mode function on a 565mode card, cept the colors are wrong that's all hehe).
