Hmm.. the pro is that, as you said, they get all the comments the con is that, i"m guessing each comment would initiate a new email, and if there are many comments, that's many mail messgaes... tho that doesn't really prove bad as long as it's about ur product... I'd say go for it. A cool thing would be to collect up the comments of the first week, send em as one email, then send every additional comment as an email... a bit hard to do ?
