Did you try it with another video codec. For my purposes Intel Indeo 5.1 was very good. Else I would say you should try out some Shareware like MainActor which can load the AVI and re-save with using a video compression codec such as Intel Indeo, CinePak etc. Hope this helps. Michael Braitmaier
