Very good points indeed =) I agree, it's a great package and great to get into the basics behind writing games, however as i mentioned before it's quite slow (i.e on the iced sample i get about 35 fps and thats on a PIII-450 with a Voodoo3 3000, and the sample is particularly detailed at all). Your point about the 3d package, well DB comes with 150 free models i think it was and tons of textures sounds and music, so in that respect yes you could, I can just see 30 games coming out with the same models and textures though =) Adam
