... I've found out that some people really, really need to see the actual in-language code for it to make sense to them. I know this because I tend to answer "how do I ...?" type questions with general approaches and pseudo code, and have gotten flamed for it on occasion. Everyone learns a little differently, I guess. You were right in that sometimes it's the *idea* that matters, but a lot of times it's the actual detailed code (*how* the idea was implemented. -Bryk p.s.
