hehe not too long. I actually wrote most of it after I only compared the first 10 or so vertices, but waited 'till a half hour of careful test code proved the whole bloody thing was exactly the same... And then it just started working. Stupid thing. I was about 10 seconds from #4 on your list at the time... I guess I'll lead into a followup question... I hear there's an xfile export plugin for 3ds max out there somewhere. Anyone know the link to it?
