ok... i'm german, so describing my problem isn't that easy... ;) in windows yuo can allow other computers to access you folders and drives via a LAN. you can also set a username and password for restricted access... now my question is: can i connect to these folders via VB, send a valid username and password, and access the data stored there?? if yes, then HOW?? - Paladin
