That's exactly what I thought you meant ... that it was too original. And, like I said before ... I don't think that's too legit. Unless something is so "out there" that the average comp gamer looks at it and says "huh?" ... If there's an original idea that can grab people, it usually gets rewarded, I think. Anyhow, DDCK is a well put-together game. But, it fits squarely within the RTS genre. The only difference is that it has some unique concepts (like elements themselves actually doing the fighting), and the campaign storyline is much more fleshed-out than the norm. And, it rides on that storyline, so you're going to lose a chunk of gamers right there (the ones who'd rather pull a trigger than think). Correct me if I'm wrong, Peter, but it seems to me that DDCK:MoC wasn't as much intended for a mass audience as it was intended to be appreciated by those who like the genre, or the setting, or the story ... right? -Bryk
