I would start a new project although I have no time, with work and college. I barely get enough time to come on here and post references to goatse.cx (i try to make that priority of course) I don't particularly enjoy coding, hence im crap it at. I do enjoy the art design side of things. Finding a programmer that is good enough and dedicated enough to help you bring your ideas to life is very hard. If I had the time and a good team (reliable) I'd do it for sure, I gave up on "projects" a long time ago after trying to get countless teams together and having people back halfway through.
