What I really wanted to know... :) David Goodlad (6 replies, 0 views) (2000-Dec-7) Alright, thanks guys for the quick response... But, maybe I wasn't completely clear in what I wanted to know :P Should I REQUIRE the use of cookies to be able to login etc? Or should I take the time to program a server-side solution to tracking who is logged on instead, in order to support those who don't have cookies enabled?
I personally believe that cookies are not the security risk that many see them to be and would really like to be able to say "if you don't use cookies, you're outta luck buddy" but as a responsible person I am not going to arbitrarily do this without asking you guys first :)
