I left this thread with about 4 posts last night, come back to it less than 26 hours later and my Inbox is filled up with 37 "Someone has replied to..." emails.... Took a while to read them as well.... One thing I'd like to point out is that both Planet-Source-Code AND VBExplorer both get around 1million hits a month; I know that a year or so ago when I was writing some stuff for P-S-C The owner mentioned 1.1 million a month; and Burt from VBExplorer mentioned that they were just getting that amount (If I remember correctly).... As for Community thing; I think it's a great idea - but I disagree with too much power/responsibility towards one person. David runs two of the best gaming sites around; but as soon as he's busy for a while the whole thing falls apart (understandable). So what happens if he ran every site off his computer but got Ill for a week - the whole community would temporarily fall apart -> A little extreme I know, but you get my point..... ;) As for the knowledge base thing - I haven't done any work on that; I too have been incredibly busy - and I have no skill with web-development beyond using Dreamweaver and Flash 4... so I cant set up a database thing on my own....
