I think a lot of projects got canned, ppl moved on to C++ because they couldn't find enuf meat on the bone to conduct a serious game project, and those who did stick it out are either in the midst of DX8 conversions (which is a waste of time IMHO) or just stuck." I Totally agree. We lost another great project a few weeks ago, the Truevision is going to be C. Okay, VB version will still be available, but I get the feeling that VB is not suitable anymore for game programming... Although I seriously think that's not true. VB saves you a lot of lines, and there's always an answer to a problem. I am currently rewriting my game for DirectPlay8, but I try to keep my website updated every week about what's happenin' behind the scenes... Just to keep the attention of the public.
