Just pass the hdc of the picturebox you want to blit to while initializing, then use the DrawLine method of your backbuffer-surface. This is a very easy method which needs 4 arguments x1,y1,x2,y2 I'm shure you know what these parameters stand for: the x and y coordinates of the line.
