C++ definitely has its upsides to it, and it can be fun getting into a big C/C++ code frenzy. But I've been programming in various incarnations of Basic for a long time now, and C++ just seems... cold compared to VB. Given the choice between the two in a non-speed critical situation, I would go with VB every time. Programming in VB is, IMO, much more fun than C++. However, I very much agree with Torsten. It is very easy to learn them both and combine to really accomplish some killer things. Well, that's my two cents. I'm going to go to the vending machine and get me a soda. -Papaya
