How can I get smooth animation for my game on any system? I have found that different monitor refresh rates cause a problem for getting smooth animation that is a constant speed on all machines. I tried a timing method, but it does not seem to work. The graphics are jittery and not smooth. I know this can be done, most games I play are smooth. And by the way, what is the average Hz for most people's monitors?
