The player angle is nothing to do with what angle the enemy should face (unless I misread the question), think about it this way: you have the player on the screen at about where the system clock is, and you have the enemy anywhere else on the screen, and it won't matter what angle the player is facing if you want to determine the angle that the enemy should face to face the player.
Also it would read 180 + PlayerAngle in any case. But yeah. I think I'll go and reread the question just to make sure I don't make a complete idiot of myself.
