They say that BltFast is 10% faster than Blt, but it depends on your system. If you have a slow computer like a PII 233 with a 2MB video card, there is a much bigger difference. My program uses BltFast, and with the computer shown above, it ran at about 30FPS. I added one Blt to it, and it decreased to 5FPS. Thats more than 10%, they probably mean a 10% difference on a much faster system.
