Does anyone know how I can run defrag , skandisk etc automatically from VB?? also can I write a program that will restrict access by tyhe use of a password to certain folders????? and what about shutting down Windows, I am currently using the exitwindows AP! call but this takes over a minute to progress from the "windows is shutting down" prompt to the "I'ts now safe to turn off your computer" screen All help is greatly appreciated along with source code to try thanks!!!!!!!
