What exactly do you mean with free form movement? Do you mean, that the characters don't move in map tiles grid? So that they could walk on every subpixel? For this, no I don't plan it. My game is only a sample game for you all to have a look at it. It is not a big problem to write a game with the VBEngine that let's the characters move everywhere on the map. But to keep the sample simple, I decided to move them tile by tile but smoothly. -Torsten
